CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
Serves customer needs by answering questions and providing education about CCLI licenses and services and associated terms and conditions, copyright in church music, song ownership and copy activity reporting; processes orders for new and renewal of licenses and services; uncovers customer licensing needs and recommends appropriate products and services; provides information about payment history, refunds and license status; updates customer accounts and assists with profile management; provides first level technical support; does related work as assigned. Contacts existing customers to ensure retention. Performs outbound calling to prospective customers gained from marketing campaigns.
