Setting Up Your Account
To report, you’ll need a CCLI Profile account.

Visit reporting.ccli.com
Click Create a CCLI Profile and complete your details. If you’re a SongSelect user, you’ll already have an account, and you can sign in with your existing username and password.

Join your Church/Organization
To link your account to your organization you’ll need an Access Code. Your organization’s CCLI Administrator may have this, or should be able to invite you to join the organization. Contact CCLI if you get stuck.

Add other users
Click PROFILE from the USER menu to manage your account. If you’re the first person to be linked to your church/organization, you’ll automatically become its Account Administrator. This means you can add other Users who will then be able to sign in and report. You can also assign others to be Administrators.
Your CCLI Profile is a single place to manage your CCLI account.
Here you can access all your CCLI applications, check and renew licenses/services and manage Users.
You’ll also find a range of Benefits – special offers and discounts exclusive to CCLI customers.

Report for the CCLI Copyright License
Report under your Copyright License each time you reproduce (project, type out, copy & paste) the words of a song to assist congregational singing.
On the Search & Report (Home) page, search for the first song you wish to report.

Select the correct song
Often your search will return multiple results, with the closest matches at the top. Choose the correct song from the list by clicking the REPORT button next to that song. If you’re not sure you’ve got the right song, click the i symbol for more details
Having clicked on a song, you’ll now see four reporting categories.

Report how you’ve used the song
In the appropriate categories, enter the number of occasions when you have reproduced the song by that method since your last report. Click here to see examples.

Save and continue
Click SAVE to finish reporting that song.
Then simply repeat this process for all songs you need to report under your Copyright License.
Tip: If you’ve already reported a song in the current reporting period, you can also find that song in your Recent Reported list and report it by clicking the REPORT button next to the song title.Reporting categories in brief▶ Print
Use Print when you have reproduced the lyrics, chord sheets, lead sheets, or vocal sheets for the purpose of assisting the congregation or you have made a custom musical arrangement.▶ Digital
Use Digital when you have projected a song’s lyrics.▶ Record/Stream
Use Record/Stream when you have recorded (audio or video) a live performance of a song.▶ Translation
Use Translation when you make a translation of a song into a different language (where no authorized translation exists). -

Report for the CCLI Streaming / Streaming Plus License

Streaming License
Report under your Streaming License each time you reproduce a song during a service which is streamed or posted online.Follow the instructions for reporting under the CCLI Copyright License, ensuring that you also include a report of the song under the Record/Stream category for each separate occasion when the song was streamed or webcast since your last report.
Streaming Plus License
Report under your Streaming Plus License each time you play master recordings (e.g. artist tracks) or multi-tracks (e.g. backing tracks, stems, community tracks) during a service which is streamed or posted online.Under Search & Report on the Home page, enter the title of the song you wish to report and click SEARCH.

Choose song
Select the correct song from the list and click REPORT.

Add a master recording or multi track
Then, in the Master Recordings & Multi-Tracks section, click +ADD.

Choose recording
Select the recording you used from the list by clicking CHOOSE.

Report Streams
In the Streaming Plus License – Streams field, enter the number of times since your last report that this recording was played during services which were streamed or webcast.

Save or Continue
Click SAVE to return to the Search & Report homepage or +ADD to report another recording.
Report by recording
Alternatively, you can search for a song recording directly. Under Search & Report on the homepage, select Recordings from the format dropdown.
Enter the name of the song recording you wish to report and click SEARCH. Then simply follow steps 3 to 5 above.
If you can’t find the recording that you’re searching for, add the name of the artist after the title.

Report for the CCLI Rehearsal License
Report under your Rehearsal License each time you distribute a song for rehearsal purposes, either by burning CDs, emailing MP3s, or sharing tracks online.
Follow the instructions for reporting under the CCLI Copyright License. Then, under Master Recordings & Multi-Tracks, click +ADD.

Choose the source
From the options, select the album or collection from which you’ve taken the song and click CHOOSE.

Report uses
In the ‘Rehearsal License – Uses’ field, enter the number of times since your last report that this recording was copied, or the number of worship team members who had access to stream or download it.
Click the symbol for examples.

Save or continue
If you need to report copies of other versions of the same song, click +ADD and repeat the process. Otherwise, click SAVE to finish your report for that song.
Report by recording
Alternatively, you can search for a song recording directly. Under Search & Report on the Home page, select ‘Recordings’ from the format dropdown.
Enter the name of the song recording you wish to report and click SEARCH. Then simply follow the steps above.

Nothing To Report
If possible, you should report on a weekly basis, even if you have nothing to report. Telling us this helps us to know that your reporting is accurate and up-to-date.
To confirm you have nothing to report simply click NOTHING TO REPORT then CONFIRM.
